Initial inprocessing appointment. New arrivals need to bring their CAC, a copy of their orders, their NATO orders, and the handcarry package they received from their losing base.

Must be scheduled within 2 duty days of the day you are departing the UK unless you have leave in the overseas area approved on your orders. Then it will be within 2 duty days of your leave start date.

Passports
This service is for any DoD personnel stationed in the UK who require an official, no-fee, or diplomatic passport due to mission requirements and in accordance with the Foreign Clearance Guide. No more than four (4) passports can be completed per each one hour slot so if you need more than 4 passports, please schedule additional appointments as required. The checklist for required documents and completing the application is located on the FSS Website linked to the right.
This service is for DoD Military dependents to apply for an exemption vignette so that they can travel hassle free and work on the UK economy.
This service is for any DoD personnel stationed in the UK who require a visa to PCS to another country in accordance with the Foreign Clearance Guide. Instructions for what is required can be found on the Passport Matters website, linked to the right.
If you have received confirmation that your visa or passport is in, please book an appointment with our office to ensure the passport agent will be available. Please note, for adults, you must pick up your OWN passport/visa. Your spouse cannot pick up on your behalf unless they have a POA authorizing them to do so. The passport/visa for children can be picked up by either parent.
